Great exhibit of timing and smooth swings at the derby, if you look back at the "greats" like Bonds, Big Mac, Sosa, etc, they put up 12-14 dingers, 24 is another level.
But that being said, it was a side show, let baseball begin again, Sox-Yanks!!!!! Bring it on!
Baseball best is the last 10 days of September, that is the real beginning of the playoffs!
I thought that major leagues baseball's idea to use rubber balls for the homerun derby was a great idea. They had to do something to make up for the lack of roidz. Hey was it me or did that Bobby Abreau guy have Sammy Sosa face or what. Fat, Swollen and possibly made from steroids. Can we get some early picks of him to see how much he has grown over the years?
