WOW! After knocking off ranked Pitt in week 1 the Irish show they are for real by knocking off #3 Michigan! This is a force to be recon with and not only that but they are my team always have been. me and Steve went to there football camp back in 96 and I'm holding true since the hay days of the 80's. GO IRISH!
I wasn't too impressed with the victory over Pitt, though I know they were "ranked" 25th I feel that team was really over-ranked.
@ Michigan though, I was very much impressed. Though I also think Mich is over ranked, they are a top 15 team in the nation, but not #3.
Irish will most likely have a good season this year, but remember, when Wellingham first arrived, he was 8-0 and look at what happened in the years following.
In my heart I'll be rooting for ND...Red and I know why
