Hello retard, they can't knock them out of the playoffs tomorrow. The worst case scenario for the Sox is if they lose AND the Indians win, which would force a 1-game playoff Monday. Get your facts straight while you're gloating.

Being from Mass I am of course a Sox fan, and expect the Yanks and Sox to win the first round and meet up once again for a memorable 7 game war. I am sure the networks agree, they would not want to see Chi - Angels, or SD-Atlanta.
Atlanta cannot even sell out a playoff game, tickets are available, regular season Red Sox tickets sell on Stub Hub for $250+!
What a heated rivalry...nice to see the end of the baseball season winding down...I'm going to make my picks, Angels against the Cardinals in the World Series with the Cards winning it in 7. Yankees are a good team, but they had a rough season getting to where they are. Boston I think is hurting - good hitters but the pitching is a bit weak. The White Sox are a very underestimated team, as well as the Angels so don't be surprised to see an Angels/White Sox ALCS.
I think the Cards and Astros will square off for for the NLCS

Yanks will win it all. You 're right Steve they stuggled this season to get where they are but they are hot at the best time they could be hot. The season is a marathon and the Yanks and the HOT Randy Johnson will coast to a victory over the Braves.
Possibility Red - you brought up an interesting point that the Yankees are hot right now heading into the playoffs...sometimes that's all it takes (i.e. Marlins both years they won it all), heck even Boston was hot last year heading into it, that does play a major factor. But ultimately, the Angels I believe are playing extremely well and the White Sox are probably the best team in baseball this season
